Our client needed to ensure their new website would engage the appropriate physician audience, and make point-of-care resources easy to find during exam-room visits.
inVibe recommended a hybrid quantitative and qualitative Voice Response approach to evaluate physicians experiences with two potential versions of the website.
inVibe’s hybrid approach ensured the website storyboards were tested by a broad enough audience that our clients could feel comfortable with the findings. Meanwhile, our voice response qual allowed us to dig deep into the ‘whys’ behind the ratings - capturing 7x more feedback than we would have with open-ended response alone.
By leveraging this mixed method approach, we were able to recommend which version of the site would not only have stopping power for physicians, but would speak to them in the right balance of approachability and scientific sophistication.
