inVibe (inVibe Labs LLC) is a voice technology and research platform in the healthcare industry, owned by THREAD Research. We help customers create and understand qualitative research through surveys and voice technology.

Your Privacy Matters

Your privacy is important to us. We follow data privacy standards and relevant laws to protect your information.

Even though we don't offer services in the E.U. or U.K., we follow principles like the GDPR, including transparency, data minimization, and accuracy.

Data Collection — What and How

We collect Personal Data in various ways, such as when you sign up for a newsletter, participate in a research study, register an account, attend events, contact customer service, or make a purchase. We may also receive personal data from: public databases, research panel companies, joint marketing partners and our customers.

We mainly collect personal data from two groups: business contacts and research participants.

Business Contacts include clients, prospective clients, consultants, advisors, board members, and others. This data includes:

Sensitive Information

Unless we ask for it, please do not share sensitive Personal Information (e.g., social security numbers, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion, health, biometrics, criminal background, or trade union membership).

Why We Collect Personal Data

We use personal data to build and maintain business relationships and serve our customers. Our purposes include:

  • Pseudoanonymized voice recordings may be shared with the sponsor of the research survey.

Partners are contracted to protect your data. We may also disclose data to comply with legal orders and share with affiliates or asset purchasers. Your personal data will not be sold or transferred without your consent, except as stated above.

Third-Party Advertising

We use third-party advertising companies to show you ads that may interest you. These companies may use cookies to recognize you across devices. SMS Messages
