Agency Pitch for New Business

Case Study

Infusing Voices of Patients into New Business Pitches

Client Goal

In preparation for a new business pitch, our agency client sought to capture the authentic voices of schizophrenia patients, to incorporate into their presentation.

The inVibe Solution

inVibe’s Agency Pitch solution allowed our agency client to quickly and efficiently deploy a voice-powered research initiative to capture patients’ perceptions of their journey.

Within 24 hours, inVibe screened and recruited 5 patients with schizophrenia. The patients participated in an automated phone interview on their computers or smart phones, responding to questions simply by speaking.

Key Questions

Imagine if you could travel back in time and meet the person you were when you were first diagnosed with schizophrenia. What advice would you give them? How would you describe to that person how you feel now?

If your experience living with schizophrenia were a book, what would its title be and why? And what would you name the chapter you are currently in?

What resources do you wish you had to help manage your schizophrenia, but haven’t been able to find? What would your ideal support resource be, and how would it help?

Within hours of the initial responses being received, the agency was provided access to an interactive online dashboard, consisting of voice data and associated transcripts. They were immediately able to start listening, favorite and tag the most impactful audio clips, and instantaneously create kinetic text animations (Audiograms™) to incorporate into their new business presentation.

Where are they now?

With the incorporation of the powerful voices of real schizophrenia patients into their pitch, the client was awarded the pharmaceutical company’s business.

“The inVibe voice inclusions were a huge hit! One audio clip we used became a tentpole to the larger conversation, and really helped set up the rationale for our story. We appreciate your help, and won this business is in no small part due to inVibe’s support.”
